System Description

2” face x 2” to 4 1/2” back sections of extruded aluminum with the exterior face separated from the interior face with an integral polyamide thermal break. Screw spline joinery with mitered joints. Pressure equalized rain screen design with each glazing unit compartmentalized and drained and vented to the exterior with weep holes. Exterior glazed with extruded aluminum stops.


Aluminum alloy 6063 T5 or T6 from commercial grade aluminum that may contain 25% recycled material. Extruded polyamide thermal break crimped to the exterior and interior extrusions providing a single strength section of high performing thermal and structural qualities.


  • Standard hardcolour anodized finishes of clear, bronze, and dark bronze meeting AAMA 611 specifications
  • Standard or custom painted finishes of factory applied coatings meeting AAMA 2603,2604,2605 specifications
  • Two tone finishes available subject to minimum quantity

    • Air infiltration as per ASTM E283
    • Water penetration at static pressure per ASTM E331 requirements
    • Structural performance as per ASTM E330 requirements

    • Air Infiltration per ASTM E283…..0.011L/s*m2, 0.002cmf/ft2 MEETS FIXED PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS UNDER NAFS08M.
  • Casement, Awning, & Picture
    • Water penetration at static pressure per ASTM E331.. there was no water leakage at a pressure differential of 730 Pa (15psf). MEETS PG100 UNDER NAFS08
    • Condensation Temperature Index per AAMA 1503
    • Structural performance as per ASTM E330 meets uniform load requirements of PG 100 UNDER NAFS08 AS WELL AS C5 UNDER CSA A440
