System Description

2” x 4 ½” extruded aluminum sections with glazing pockets for flush glazing of sealed units. Integral polyamide thermal break, screw spline joinery with horizontal sections butting into vertical sections.

Materials

Aluminum alloy 6063 T5 or T6 from commercial grade aluminum that may contain 25% recycled material. Extruded polyamide thermal break crimped to the exterior and interior extrusions, providing a single strength section of high performing thermal and structural qualities.

Finish

Standard hard colour anodized finishes of clear, bronze, and dark bronze meeting AAMA 611 specifications
Standard or custom painted finishes of factory applied coatings meeting AAMA 2603,2604,2605 specifications
Two tone finishes available subject to minimum quantity

Performance Testing

Air infiltration as per ASTM E283 met the Fixed performance requirements for CSA A400
Water penetration at static pressure per ASTM E331 met the B7 Water Leakage Resistance performance requirements under CSA A440
Structural performance as per ASTM E330 met the overall C5 Wind Load Resistance performance requirements under CSA A440
Condensation Temperature Index per AAMA 1503
